What's happening

I built an interactive map of Langley Township that shows how new development actually pays for itself and where it doesn't. Pick any neighbourhood and compare the tax revenue new homes bring in against what it costs to serve them: roads, water, fire halls and sewer. This is the tool behind my latest video. Open it right here on this page, explore your own neighbourhood, and then add your name below if you want growth to pay its own way.

What we're asking for

Council needs to include a review of land use, infrastructure maintenance and planing in it's financial review. Although I've included a lot of details in this model it's obviously limited by what has been published to the public. Township will be able to develop a far more detailed review.
